Explore FixProof V1.0
Scripted service conversations, case progress, and judge views.
A service concept that carries multiple after-sales requests toward verified outcomes and preserves context for human handoff when safety takes priority.
Scripted service conversations, case progress, and judge views.
Team overview, problem definition, concept, and supporting materials.
User scenarios, core features, implementation boundaries, and acceptance goals.
The proposed service loop, control logic, evidence model, and three demo scenarios.
The demo is a scripted interactive mock. Feishu controls access to its documents; the architecture is an external-facing concept note.
A single support conversation may combine a fault, delivery, refund, and safety signals. The concept addresses missed requests, repeated failed steps, and premature claims of resolution without operating evidence.
Complex consumer-electronics support; an entry for the Intelligent Service track of Anker’s first hackathon
As team lead, I shaped user research, product definition, the AI service flow, interaction prototype, and data operations, and coordinated the PRD, UI iterations, and preliminary-round materials. Model and retrieval work was shared across the team.
A preliminary-round hackathon concept from September 2026. V1.0 is a scripted interactive mock; state transitions, model reasoning, business queries, and human service are simulated or not integrated. It is not an official Anker product.
The mock tracks faults, delivery, refunds, and steps already tried rather than treating one reply as closure.
When signals such as swelling or overheating appear, the scripted flow stops routine troubleshooting and prepares a safety handoff.
The prototype uses attempted steps and the current goal to show one clear next action and its evidence.
User feedback verifies the outcome; a handoff carries requests, evidence, and unknowns without presenting a simulated queue as accepted service.
[DEMO A] Multiple requests and device-recovery verification
[DEMO B] Safety stop and simulated human handoff
[DEMO C] Different paths for repair, refund, and human support
[BOUNDARY] Model, logistics, policy, and human-service integrations are not live
This case describes the team concept and my product, workflow, and UX contribution. It does not claim submission results, selection, awards, or measured business improvements.
